Hello and welcome to football.londonLive coverage of Arsenal on Saturday.
The January transfer window is now just under four weeks away and CTO Edu will begin preparations for the highly anticipated winter window.

Elsewhere, Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah are both in the final months of their respective contracts with the club, meaning the north London club may choose to cash them in in the New Year instead of losing them for free l ‘next summer.

Former England goalkeeper Paul Robinson has revealed why Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsdale has surprised him this season.
I am surprised at its shape as I was one of those who was skeptical about the move.
Especially with the money Arsenal paid for him. He’s got a few relegations on his CV and his form has been indifferent, but he went there and blossomed and enjoyed the challenge.
The test he now has is whether he can do this continuously over a long period of time. He has played really well from the start of the season so far and he deserves to be Arsenal number one.
I was surprised that he was given the opportunity because Leno is a good goalkeeper. The next step he needs to take is oust Jordan Pickford and if he continues to do well, he has the opportunity.

Sanches to sign?
Kevin Campbell believes Renato Sanches would be a “very good” signing for Arsenal amid ties with the Lille midfielder.
Speaking to Football Insider, Campbell said: “I think it would be very good if they could get him in. He suffered injuries but he’s still young. He’s a powerhouse in this midfielder. – he can pick up the ball, run, he can shoot, he can create.
âHaving that power in the midfield can make a huge difference. No disrespect to him but against Liverpool, for example, Sambi Lokonga was kidnapped by Arteta to save him. He was being robbed time and time again in this midfield. . “

Arsenal Under-23 boss Kevin Betsy has opened up about Folarin Balogun’s future with the club.
“It’s a decision that comes from the club,” Betsy told The Athletic when asked about Balogun’s potential departure on loan in January.
“Every player’s journey is different, whether it’s staying at the club and developing with the Under-23s, then pushing for the first team or being loaned out like Emile (Smith Rowe, who has sent on loan in January to RB Leipzig and Huddersfield Town) does.
âIts development is visible to all. He scores goals, scores goals, is a threat. Today, he plays against senior players and takes care of them.
“There is no doubt in my mind about Flo’s level and skill to be a top striker going forward and we are all behind him and supporting him in trying to improve.”
Former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell has urged Mikel Arteta to drop Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after the Gabon international’s poor performance against Manchester United on Thursday night.

âNo matter what he does, what he tries, it doesn’t happen. Looks like we’re wearing it.
“He can’t hold on!” It is painful to watch. It is really painful to watch.
