Meditate with Urmila: Guiding Your Senses

In my last column, I talked about the ever-present inner guidance and how it is ready to be harnessed by its inner desire. When one is moved to change / transformation, the inner guidance is ready to serve.

Inner guidance exists because the light of Source, that is, the light of Supreme Consciousness, is present in all individuals. The Source of Light illuminates the mind and inspirations of pure energy flow from this Creative Source. Machinations of the mind can initiate all kinds of ideas, but if you are connected to the guidance of Inner Source then you will know which ideas are coming from pure energy.

Your senses will guide you. When you feel the friction or the excitement of things, when you feel indifferent to or participate in life, when you feel anger or love from someone or towards someone, you know which feeling comes from Home energy and which is not. What comes from Home will keep you in alignment, in balance and in a space of well-being, what is not, will feel like a separation, a kind of disconnection, your own thoughts and actions will be brought back to you. question.

How to purify his senses towards alignment?

Look at the disconnect between your thoughts, conflicting thoughts, actions of an irregular nature, distractions from behavior, inconsistencies, the feeling of “this is not who I am”, or “this is not where I want it. to be ‘, it all guides your senses.

To purify, in full awareness, guide your perceptual sense organs; let your eyes fall on these reading materials which give your inner heart a sense of peace and relief. Use your ears to hear selectively, giving you a sense of peace and relief. Choose to be in the company of people who are not judgmental.

Observing silence is a great way to reflect on inner events. Observe the silence with a focus / guided intention on “I will reflect on what is going on in / with my life”. Think about it, just do that, think about it. And not to be consumed by the experience of what you are reflecting on, or the emotions that go with it. You can say, “I am me. When I think, I see mental images or hear them as if they were happening in a mirror. It helps me to keep my core energy intact ”.

So just be an observer, and without getting confused, work things out for yourself. Silence must be guided towards this goal. Reflection, not consumption. When you don’t allow emotions to consume you, you can think hard.

How do I treat myself?

The other way to purify your senses is to behave towards others / treat them as you would like to be treated. It also means, first and foremost: “I treat myself as I would like to be treated by others, because if I live and emanate this energy, I give the same message to others.

What you experience is what you energetically give / declare to others, therefore, be clear about how you would like to be treated by others, and first give the same treatment on your own. Everything else will fall into place.

Be what you want others to be for you first. Your vibrational frequency must precede what you call others in terms of how they treat you. Being in the vibration of appreciation, non-judgment, and self-love is a great way to start.

Do not give too much of yourself to others, and do not receive too much from others, energetically. This means that, energetically, do not exhaust yourself by giving your attention and energetically, do not accumulate and over-demand the feelings and affection of others. Keep love and affection afloat for good energy balance. Mutuality is the key to self-alignment.
